Clear coated PVC cable made from 7x7 GAC or 7x19 GAC construction and is indicated next to sizes. The first number is the cable size, the second number is the finished, after coating size. Vinyl coating on cable offers protection to both the cable and pulleys or sheaves without sacrificing flexibility. It is commonly used in acidic environments, on exercise equipment or where UV resistance is an issue.
